1. Reservations & payments

• $200 USD reservation: secures your spot. Remaining $950 USD payable before the course (Zelle, wire or card).
• Full payment $1,150 USD: pay everything at once with card and confirmed.
• Prices are in US dollars.
• Card processing handled by Stripe (SSL encrypted, PCI-compliant).

2. Cancellation by student

NO refunds are issued for student cancellations.

• Both reservation and full payment are non-refundable if you decide not to attend.
• The spot is NOT transferable to another person.
• The spot is NOT transferable to another date or course.

This policy lets us guarantee training quality (small groups), plan materials and reserve venue. By paying you accept these terms.

3. 100% Satisfaction guarantee

YOU LEARN OR WE REFUND YOUR MONEY.

• If at the end of Day 1 you consider the course does not deliver as promised, we refund 100% (reservation included).
• The guarantee expires at the start of Day 2 (you have already received >50% of content).
• To trigger the guarantee, you must notify the instructor in person before leaving Day 1.
• Refunds processed in 5-10 business days to the original card.

4. Cancellation by RG Epoxy

If we cancel the course (weather, instructor illness, minimum capacity not met, force majeure):

• 100% refund in 5-10 business days, OR
• Free reschedule to the next available date (your choice).

5. No-show

If you do not show up on the day of the course without prior notice:

• NO refund.
• NO reschedule to another date.
• NO credit for future courses.

6. Card disputes (chargebacks)

By enrolling you explicitly accept this policy. If you file a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to submit evidence to your card issuer:

• This policy with your acceptance (with timestamp and IP).
• Screenshot of payment confirmation.
• Email/WhatsApp communications.
• Attendance list if applicable.
